How Auto Worx Handles a Body Repair

Step 2 — It Goes to our Body Estimator

This is important and it's different from how many shops work: our service advisors do not quote body work. Every body & paint inquiry goes to our dedicated body and paint estimator.

The reason is simple. A front-counter guess on a body job is wrong often enough to be worse than no answer. Body damage estimates need someone who does only that.

Step 3 — Teardown Appointment

Photos tell us whether the job is plausible and what to prepare for. They don't tell us what's behind the cover.

For an estimate you can rely on, the vehicle comes in and the damaged area gets disassembled. That's where the real number comes from — and where anything hidden gets found before the repair starts rather than in the middle of it.

Step 4 — The Estimate

Written in Mitchell — the same estimating platform insurance adjusters use — so the document speaks the same language as your carrier's file.

You get told which lines are structural or safety-related and which are cosmetic. If you need to stage the work, that conversation happens here, with the information in front of you.

Step 5 — Insurance Coordination

Auto Worx works with all Guam carriers. We are not a direct repair program shop for any of them, which means our estimate reflects what the repair requires rather than what a network agreement allows.

If a supplement is needed, it goes to the adjuster with documentation.
