An accident is stressful enough. You shouldn't have to become an expert in claims paperwork on top of it.

Auto Worx works with all major insurance carriers serving Guam. Bring us the damage and the claim number — we take it from there.

We work with your carrier

  • You are not required to use the shop your insurer recommends. Guam law and your policy give you the right to choose your own repair facility. Choose us, and we'll coordinate directly with your adjuster.

We assist with the claim process

  • We'll help you open the claim, document the damage properly, and communicate with your adjuster throughout the repair — so nothing stalls because a form was filled out wrong.

We bill your insurer directly

  • In most cases you pay only your deductible. We invoice your insurance company directly for the balance of the approved repair.

We handle supplements

  • Collision damage hides. When teardown reveals damage the original estimate missed, we photograph it, document it, and submit a supplement to your adjuster — so the repair is complete, not just cosmetic.

    Bring your vehicle to any Auto Worx location, or send us photos by WhatsApp. We assess the damage and tell you what you're looking at — no charge, no obligation.

    Written Estimate

    Our Paint & Body Shop prepares a detailed written estimate. If it's an insurance job, we send it straight to your adjuster.

    Approval & Scheduling

    Once you or your insurer approve, we schedule the repair and give you a realistic completion window. If we find hidden damage during teardown, we document it and get approval before proceeding — no surprise charges.

    Repair & Quality Check

    Structural work, panel repair, and refinishing in our controlled spray booth environment. Every vehicle gets a final quality inspection before we hand back the keys.

Auto Body & Paint — Common Questions

Do you work with insurance companies?

Yes. We work with all major carriers serving Guam. We prepare the estimate, coordinate with your adjuster, and submit supplements if teardown reveals additional damage. In most cases you pay only your deductible and we bill your insurer directly for the balance.

Can I choose my own body shop?

You choose. An insurer may recommend a shop, but the decision is yours. If you'd like us to handle the repair, just tell your adjuster you're using Auto Worx.

How long will my repair take?

It depends on damage severity and parts availability. Minor cosmetic work is often a few days. Collision repairs involving ordered parts take longer — Guam's shipping lead times are a real factor. We give you a realistic window at approval and update you if it changes.

Will the new paint match my existing paint?

Yes. We use factory color-matching and blend into adjacent panels so the repair disappears rather than announcing itself.

What if you find more damage after you start?

Common with collisions — impact damage hides behind panels. We photograph and document anything we find, submit it to you or your adjuster as a supplement, and get approval before doing the additional work. You will not receive a surprise invoice.

My car isn't drivable. Can you pick it up?

Yes. Auto Worx operates its own towing service. Call +1 (671) 989-2979 and we'll get the vehicle to our Paint & Body Shop.

Is the estimate free?

A visual pre-inspection and written estimate are free. If the damage requires teardown to assess properly, that labor is billed at our posted rate — we'll tell you before we start, never after.

Where is the body shop located?

All body and paint work is performed at AutoWorx Warehouse, 144 Tun Joaquin Guerrero St., Tamuning. You can drop off for an initial look at any of our three locations, but repairs happen at the Warehouse facility.
