We quote every tow over the phone before we dispatch, so you know the price before the truck rolls. No surprise charges when it arrives. Your quote depends on three things:

Distance
Where you are and where you want the vehicle dropped off.
Vehicle type
A compact sedan and a lifted truck are different jobs.
Recovery difficulty
A car in a parking lot is simple. A car in a ditch, on a slope, or with damaged wheels takes more equipment and time.

Been in an accident?

After a collision, make sure everyone is safe and contact the police first. Once that's handled, call us.

We'll recover your vehicle and bring it directly to the Auto Worx body shop, where our team handles collision repair and paint in-house. That means one point of contact from the roadside all the way through to getting your car back — instead of coordinating between a tow company, a shop, and a painter.

We can document the vehicle's condition with photos at pickup, which is useful when you file your claim.

Got a car you just want gone?

Dead in the yard for years, rusted past repair, or left behind on a property you're clearing — we'll come get it and dispose of it properly.

Vehicle disposal is a paid service, quoted over the phone like any tow. What it costs depends on where the vehicle is, whether it rolls, and how hard it is to reach. We'll tell you the number before we come out.

What hours is towing available?

Our tow dispatch runs 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, seven days a week. If you call outside those hours, leave us a message or send a WhatsApp and we'll get to you first thing when dispatch opens.

How fast can you get to me?

It depends on where you are and how many trucks are already out on calls. When you phone in, we'll give you a realistic ETA rather than an optimistic guess. Southern villages typically take longer than the Tamuning–Dededo corridor.

How much does a tow cost in Guam?

Do I have to be with my vehicle?

It's easier if you are, since we can confirm the vehicle and hand over keys directly. If you can't be there, call us and we'll work out the arrangements.

Can you tow my car to a shop other than Auto Worx?

Yes. We'll take your vehicle wherever you need it. That said, if you drop it with us, our ASE Master Technicians can diagnose and repair it immediately — which usually means one less tow and a faster turnaround.

Do you tow after an accident?

Can you get rid of an old car I don't want anymore?

Yes. We remove and dispose of end-of-life, junked, and abandoned vehicles. It's a paid service quoted over the phone — cost depends on the location, whether the vehicle rolls, and how difficult it is to reach. You'll need to show proof of ownership before we can remove it.

What paperwork do I need for vehicle disposal?
