Auto Worx service texts

Auto Worx, LLC sends text messages about your vehicle while it is with us: repair updates, estimates, links to approve or decline repairs, and pickup notices.

How you sign up

When you check your vehicle in, your service advisor asks:

"May we text you repair updates, estimates, approval links and pickup notices at this number? Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time."

If you say yes, the advisor records your answer in our shop system, with the date and who asked. Saying no doesn't affect your service; we'll call or tell you at the counter instead.

What we send, and how often

Only messages about your own vehicle and repair. Usually 1 to 5 messages per visit. We don't send marketing or promotions by text unless you separately agree to them.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to stop all texts from us. You'll get one message confirming it.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Your privacy

We don't sell, rent or share your mobile number or your texting consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
