Earn points on the labor of every paid visit, use them for money off your next one, and get $25 in points for every friend you send our way. It all lives in My Garage.
How Worx Points work
Earn, collect, use.
Earn
1 point for every $1 of labor on a paid visit — detailing counts as labor. Parts, tires, fluids, fees and tax don't earn.
Collect
Points land in My Garage after each paid visit, at Ypao, Warehouse 10, Harmon and Paint & Body. Visits from the last 12 months count too (paid since November 5, 2025).
Use
100 points = $5 off labor or detailing. In My Garage tap Use points, pick the job, and show the WX code to your advisor.
Your tier counts points earned in the last 12 months, so using points never drops it.
Refer a friend
Your friend saves. You get $25.
- Open Rewards in My Garage and share your link by text, WhatsApp or the share button.
- Your friend opens the link and creates their My Garage account. If they're new to Auto Worx, they get 15% off labor on their first visit (instead of the usual 10%).
- When their first paid visit has at least $50 of labor and 14 days pass, you get 500 points ($25).
Up to 10 friends a year
The rules, in plain words
Fair and simple.
- Up to $50 off per visit (1,000 points), in steps of 100 points.
- Points last 12 months from the visit. Points from visits before November 5, 2026 last until November 5, 2027.
- One discount per visit: points can't be combined with the first-visit 10% (FIRST10), the friend 15% (FRIEND15) or Employee & Educator perks.
- Codes hold for 30 days. Not used, or the visit is paid without it? The points go back to you.
- Referrals: new Auto Worx customers only (their number isn't already in our records), up to 10 rewards a year. No self-referrals.
- Fleet and company accounts have their own pricing and don't earn points.

Questions
Good to know.
Do parts count?
No. Points are earned on labor only (detailing counts as labor). Parts, tires, fluids, shop fees, sublet work, towing and tax don't earn points. Each paid invoice in My Garage shows the points it earned.
What if I don't use my code?
A code holds your points for 30 days. If it isn't used in that time, or the job is paid without it, the points go back to your balance automatically. You can also cancel a code in My Garage.
Can I use points at any shop?
Yes — at Ypao, Warehouse 10, Harmon and Paint & Body, on labor or detailing.
Do my old visits count?
Yes. Paid visits from November 5, 2025 on earn points. Sign in to My Garage with the mobile number we have on file and they show up; those points last until November 5, 2027.
How do I sign in?
Go to my.autoworx.shop and use your mobile number (one text code) or Google. No password and no app store needed.
Do you give points for reviews?
No. Google doesn't allow rewards for reviews, and we want honest ones. We may ask how your visit went — that's it.
